Abstract: The present invention discloses an intelligent IoT-enabled adaptive medical monitoring and intervention system for real-time, predictive healthcare management. The system integrates multi-modal sensing using wearable, implantable, ambient, and behavioural sensors to continuously acquire physiological and environmental data. An edge analytics engine performs local data pre-processing, feature extraction, sensor fusion, and AI-based predictive analysis to identify impending adverse health events, including hypoglycaemia, arrhythmia, respiratory distress, falls, and other critical conditions, without reliance on cloud connectivity. Based on predicted risk levels, an adaptive intervention engine autonomously adjusts therapeutic device parameters, triggers emergency alerts, and initiates appropriate medical responses. A federated learning framework enables collaborative model improvement through encrypted model updates while preventing transmission of raw patient data, thereby ensuring privacy. A continuous feedback mechanism personalizes predictive models according to individual patient trends, providing proactive, low-latency, accurate, scalable, and privacy-preserving healthcare for home, hospital, and remote monitoring applications.
