Abstract: Intelligent loT-Based Autonomous Solar Panel Cleaning System Using Adaptive Machine Learning Performance Prediction Technology" ABSTRACT An intelligent autonomous solar panel cleaning system (100) is disclosed for maintaining optimal 5 performance of a photovoltaic panel (001). The system comprises a multi-sensor acquisition module (002) configured to measure real-time output voltage and incident solar irradiance. An edge-processing control unit (003), communicatively coupled to the multi-sensor acquisition module (002), includes a machine learning-based prediction engine that estimates expected cleanpanel performance parameters using irradiance data and historical calibration datasets. An adaptive 10 threshold computation module dynamically determines deviation limits based on statistical tolerance bands and environmental conditions, while a decision engine detects contaminationinduced efficiency loss by comparing measured and predicted values. A mobile cleaning assembly (004) having a rail-guided autonomous frame, motorized drive mechanism, and a non-contact cleaning subsystem with compressed air discharge is provided. An actuation control module (005) 15 regulates cleaning operations, and a position sensing module (006) ensures safe navigation. An loT communication module (007) enables remote monitoring, predictive maintenance, and system optimization.
