Abstract: The present invention relates to an intelligent industrial monitoring system that integrates Internet of Things (IoT) technology with Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based predictive maintenance to enhance operational efficiency and reliability in industrial environments. The system employs a network of IoT-enabled sensors deployed on industrial equipment to continuously collect real-time data, including temperature, vibration, pressure, and other operational parameters. The acquired data is transmitted through a communication layer using protocols such as MQTT, Wi-Fi, or 5G to a centralized or edge-based processing platform. A data processing module is configured to preprocess, store, and manage both real-time and historical data. An AI-driven analytics engine utilizes machine learning and deep learning algorithms to detect anomalies, identify patterns, and predict potential equipment failures before they occur. The system further includes a user interface module that provides real- time visualization, performance insights, and automated alerts to facilitate proactive maintenance decisions. By enabling a transition from conventional reactive and preventive maintenance strategies to predictive maintenance, the proposed system significantly reduces downtime, lowers maintenance costs, enhances equipment lifespan, and improves overall industrial productivity, safety, and resource utilization.
