Abstract: ABSTRACT Intelligent Industrial Monitoring & Security System with IoT Integration The present invention relates to an intelligent industrial monitoring and security system integrated with Internet of Things (IoT) technology for real-time detection, automation, and remote supervision of industrial environments. The system employs a Wi-Fi enabled microcontroller to collect and process data from multiple environmental and electrical sensors, including gas, flame, temperature, humidity, light intensity, and electrical load monitoring modules. Upon detection of hazardous conditions such as gas leakage, fire, or electrical overload, the system generates local audible alerts and transmits real-time notifications to authorized users through a wireless communication platform. The invention further provides automated control of lighting and industrial loads using Relay module (101)s to enhance energy efficiency and operational safety. The system is powered by a regulated Power Supply (100) ensuring reliable operation and is modular, scalable, and cost-effective, making it suitable for diverse industrial applications.
