Abstract: The present invention relates to an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enabled integrated hospital management system configured to manage and coordinate healthcare operations, patient information, clinical workflows, hospital resources, and healthcare assistance through a unified digital platform. The proposed system provides a role-based hospital management platform combining patient management, appointment scheduling, medical records, room and bed management, pharmacy and medicine inventory, blood bank management, visitor management, billing, reports, notifications, and AI-based healthcare assistance. The system receives and processes healthcare and operational information through authorized users including administrators, doctors, nurses, receptionists, pharmacists, and patients. The system provides role-based access to hospital functions according to the permissions associated with each user role. Patient-related information, appointments, medical records, prescriptions, room and bed allocations, pharmacy inventory, blood stock, visitor records, billing information, and operational reports are stored and managed through a centralized database. The system further provides workflows for appointment booking, patient record management, bed requests and allocation, medicine prescription and dispensing, blood requests, visitor registration, invoice generation, and notification generation. The invention further incorporates AI-based healthcare assistance comprising an AI Diet Planner and an AI Report Summarizer. The AI Diet Planner receives user-provided healthcare and lifestyle information including age, height, weight, dietary preference, allergies or restrictions, activity level, and optional health conditions, and processes the information through an AI service to generate a personalized meal and exercise plan. The AI Report Summarizer receives an uploaded medical report, processes the report content through an AI service, and generates an understandable summary including relevant findings, notable information, possible factors, general guidance, and questions that may be discussed with a healthcare professional. The invention provides an integrated workflow in which hospital users interact with a role-based application, operational information is processed through backend services and stored in a centralized database, and configured AI services provide healthcare-related assistance based on submitted information. The system integrates administrative, clinical, operational, resource, financial, and AI-assisted functions into a unified hospital management environment, thereby providing a structured mechanism for managing hospital activities, maintaining centralized healthcare information, supporting role-specific workflows, and providing AI-assisted information processing through a common digital platform.
