The application for the patent was published on June 26, 2026, under issue no. 26/2026.
Abstract: Intelligent Framework for Secure Virtual Machine Migration and Load Balancing The present invention relates to an intelligent framework for secure virtual machine migration and load balancing in cloud computing environments. The framework integrates affinity-based host selection, hybrid metaheuristic scheduling, predictive workload analysis, and adaptive security mechanisms to improve migration efficiency and resource utilization. An affinity calculation module utilizes K-Means clustering and fuzzy logic to identify suitable virtual machine placement conditions. A hybrid scheduling module based on Genetic Algorithm (GA) and Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) performs optimized task mapping and migration decisions. A workload prediction module employing Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory (BiLSTM) and Recurrent Graph Neural Network (RGNN) models predicts workload variations for proactive resource allocation. The framework further includes a Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL)-based contextual side-chaining security mechanism for secure migration and threat mitigation. The proposed framework reduces makespan, minimizes delay, improves execution efficiency, and maintains stable performance under cyberattack scenarios in cloud environments.
