Abstract: Intelligent Framework for Predicting Technology-Driven Investment Behaviour and Portfolio Performance Using Artificial Intelligence is the proposed invention. The proposed invention discloses an intelligent framework for predicting technology-driven investment behaviour and portfolio performance using a Neural Ordinary Differential Network (Neural ODE) integrated with attention-based feature learning and probabilistic uncertainty estimation. The framework is designed to analyze multidimensional financial, behavioural, and economic data obtained from stock markets, investor transaction records, corporate financial reports, macroeconomic indicators, digital investment platforms, and real-time financial news. A comprehensive preprocessing module performs data cleaning, normalization, feature engineering, and sentiment analysis to generate high-quality input features. An attention mechanism identifies the most influential variables affecting investment decisions, while the Neural ODE models the continuous evolution of financial markets and investor behaviour to accurately predict portfolio returns, investment risk, market volatility, and future investment trends. A probabilistic uncertainty estimation module evaluates the confidence level of each prediction, enabling more reliable and risk-aware decision-making. Based on these predictions, an intelligent portfolio optimization engine dynamically recommends asset allocation strategies that maximize expected returns while maintaining acceptable risk levels according to investor preferences.
