Abstract: The present invention relates to an intelligent employee engagement and organizational productivity management system configured to integrate and analyze heterogeneous workforce information for proactive organizational management. The system comprises a multi-source workforce data acquisition module, a data preprocessing and contextualization module, an intelligent engagement and productivity analytics engine, a predictive workforce risk assessment module, an adaptive intervention recommendation engine, a management decision interface, and a feedback and model recalibration module. The system determines employee engagement indicators, productivity indicators, behavioral patterns, temporal trends, and workforce risk conditions from authorized organizational data. Context-aware interventions are generated and ranked based on identified risks, employee context, organizational constraints, and historical intervention information. Post-intervention workforce indicators are monitored to determine intervention effectiveness and recalibrate analytical, risk assessment, or recommendation parameters, thereby providing an adaptive closed-loop framework for improving employee engagement and organizational productivity.
