Abstract: INTELLIGENT EMBEDDED COMMUNICATION DEVICE WITH NEURAL SIGNAL PROCESSING AND DYNAMIC TRANSMISSION CONTROL ABSTRACT The present invention relates to an intelligent embedded communication device integrating neural signal processing with dynamic transmission control. The device comprises neural signal acquisition, signal conditioning, embedded processing, feature extraction, intelligent neural analysis, communication monitoring, dynamic transmission control, communication transceiver, memory, and power-management modules. Neural signals are locally processed to generate signal features, neural representations, event information, or classification results. Communication conditions including bandwidth, latency, channel quality, packet loss, and available power are monitored. A dynamic transmission controller selects an appropriate transmission mode based on neural information importance and communication conditions. The system may perform compressed, feature-based, event-triggered, prioritized, or adaptive-rate transmission. Feedback from the communication channel is used to continuously modify transmission parameters, thereby reducing unnecessary communication load and improving responsive transmission of significant neural information.
