Abstract: ABSTRACT An intelligent frozen carbonated beverage dispensing system comprising a pressurized carbonation tank enclosed within a sealed outer shell refrigerant jacket. Liquid refrigerant enters the jacket and evaporates by absorbing heat from the tank wall, enabling direct phase-change cooling. Ice crystals formed internally are continuously scraped and cut by an agitator blade driven by a gearbox motor to maintain uniform semi-frozen consistency. The system includes pressure and temperature sensors connected to a digital control PCB for operational regulation and an IoT module for remote monitoring and diagnostics.
