MUMBAI, India, Nov. 2 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641125053 A) filed by Dr. Nishi S Das; Dr. Gopi Kannan A; Dr. Preethi C; and Dr. Sanjith S on October 19, 2026, for Intelligent Decision Support System With Uncertainty-Gated Prediction And Version-Consistent Action Validation.

Inventors include Dr. Nishi S Das; Dr. Gopi Kannan A; Dr. Preethi C; and Dr. Sanjith S.

The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.

Abstract: An intelligent decision support and prediction system (100) includes a versioned context assembler (104), predictive inference engine (106), uncertainty calibration engine (108), constraint evaluation engine (110) and authorization controller (112). Timestamped heterogeneous observations are aligned into an immutable decision context containing source revisions and a context fingerprint. A prediction engine generates an outcome and candidate action. An uncertainty gate suppresses unreliable actions, while version-identified operational constraints verify permissible actions. Before authorization, the controller revalidates the decision context and target-device state and issues a time-limited, single-use token bound to the approved action. An execution interface (114) rejects expired tokens or mismatched state versions. An append-only provenance store (116) records prediction dependencies and execution events. The arrangement improves reproducibility of predictive decisions and prevents stale recommendations from controlling a changed technical process. Accompanied Drawing [FIGS. 1-2].
