Abstract: ABSTRACT Intelligent Decision Support System for Linking Learning Interventions with Employment Outcomes The present invention relates to an intelligent, computer-implemented decision support system that dynamically links personalized learning interventions with predicted employment outcomes. The system constructs a multidimensional competency profile for a user by processing educational, experiential, and behavioral data. A skill gap intelligence engine identifies competency deficiencies relative to industry role requirements. Based on these deficiencies, a learning intervention optimization engine recommends personalized learning pathways using multi-objective optimization criteria including impact, time, effort, and historical effectiveness. An employment outcome prediction engine estimates role-fit probabilities and employment outcomes, which are continuously refined through adaptive feedback using real-world results. The invention provides an integrated, data- driven framework that improves employability outcomes by aligning learning decisions with labor market intelligence.
