Abstract: [049] The present invention discloses an intelligent cyber-physical sericulture monitoring system and method for integrated silkworm disease surveillance and mulberry crop health prediction. Distributed rearing-zone and field sensing nodes acquire environmental, imaging, behavioural and agronomic observations. An edge intelligence unit maintains synchronized state representations of silkworm batches and mulberry field zones, assigns reliability values to sensor observations, and performs reliability-conditioned multimodal fusion to determine disease-risk, crop-health and feed-suitability scores. A provenance module links harvested leaf lots with field zones and silkworm batches so that larval abnormalities can be correlated with crop or leaf-quality events. A spatial-temporal propagation module evaluates possible contamination pathways among rearing zones, while a temporal forecasting module predicts developing risk. A confidence-governed decision controller selects preventive or corrective interventions and controls bounded physical actuators while routing uncertain or consequential actions for human verification. The system supports local operation during network disruption and feedback-based model calibration, thereby providing predictive, explainable and closed-loop sericulture management.
