Abstract: The present invention provides an intelligent central banking system for integrated monitoring of economic growth and financial stability. The system acquires heterogeneous economic, banking, financial-market, payment, liquidity, credit, and macroeconomic data from authorized sources and processes the data through validation, normalization, temporal synchronization, and feature generation. Separate analytical modules determine economic growth and financial stability conditions, while an anomaly and systemic-risk detection module identifies abnormal movements and interrelated financial conditions. A decision intelligence module evaluates the determined conditions with configurable policy rules to generate prioritized policy or supervisory recommendations. A feedback mechanism compares expected post- response outcomes with subsequently observed economic and financial conditions and uses identified deviations to refine analytical parameters and monitoring priorities. The system thereby provides a continuously updated and traceable computational framework for central banking assessment, early risk identification, policy- support analysis, and financial stability management.
