Abstract: An automatic headlight beam control system for vehicles is designed to enhance driving safety by reducing glare for oncoming drivers. The system includes a light detection module with an infrared sensor that monitors light intensity and generates a detection signal when the intensity exceeds a predefined glare threshold. A central processing unit processes this signal using algorithms to generate control signals, which activate a dual-mode actuation assembly. This assembly includes a mechanical actuator to adjust the reflector housing and a brightness controller to modulate LED intensity. The system transitions between high and low beam modes based on the processed signal, ensuring optimal visibility and safety. Fig. 1
