Abstract: This disclosure discloses an intelligent automated external defibrillation (AED) system utilizing real-time heart rate analysis, multi-scale time series feature extraction, and AI-driven decision-making. A wearable device collects heart rate data, which is transmitted to a backend server for analysis. AI algorithms extract features from the heart rate data across multiple time scales and classify the heart rate pattern to detect life-threatening arrhythmias. Upon detection of such an arrhythmia, the system automatically triggers the AED to deliver a defibrillating shock.
