The application for the patent was published on September 11, 2026, under issue no. 37/2026.
Abstract: The present invention relates to ALIS (Adaptive Leadership Intelligence System), a multidimensional computational assessment system and method for analyzing workplace experiences and generating structured developmental outputs. The invention is based on research on the workplace experiences of Next-Generation Women Leaders (NGWL) and uses the Workplace Experiences of Women Leaders as its preferred form of assessment for input mechanism. Unlike the conventional assessment approaches that interpret questionnaire scores independently, ALIS analyses interactions among multiple workplace experiences variables through an adaptive interaction framework to generate context-specific experience profiles and corresponding developmental intervention outputs. The system comprises an Experience Acquisition Module, an Experience Computation Module, an Adaptive Interaction Engine, an Experience Intelligence Engine, and a Prescriptive Development. Engine. Together, these modules acquire, process, interpret and transform data into structured developmental recommendations. The current form of ALIS has been implemented and tested using data collected from thirty-three participants, demonstrating its ability to generate differentiated experience profiles through interaction- based processing than a simple independent score interpretation. Accordingly, ALIS provides a structured and consistent computational approach for workplace experience analysis and leadership development.
