Abstract: The present invention relates to an integrated therapeutic system (1000) for managing pain and anxiety in pediatric Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The system comprises a Virtual/Augmented Reality module (101) configured to present immersive ASD-tailored environments, a Brain–Computer Interface module (102) adapted to capture real-time cognitive, emotional and physiological responses from the patient (100), and an Artificial Intelligence module (103) programmed to analyze BCI data from sensors (301) and processor (302) to dynamically adjust VR/AR content through an adaptation unit (304). A homeopathic synchronization module (104) receives AI output (401) and updates individualized homeopathic parameters using a parameter engine (402), viewable on a caregiver interface (403). All modules operate in a continuous closed-loop cycle (501–505), enabling real-time personalization and coordinated therapeutic support. The invention provides a non-invasive, adaptive and unified therapeutic approach suitable for clinical or home environments for pediatric ASD care.
