Abstract: The present invention relates to an integrated thermal process supervision system (102) for coordinated supervision, validation, and documentation of controlled thermal processing operations. The system (102) comprises a programmable supervisory controller (104), a multi-parameter sensing assembly (106), a hardware safety-interlock assembly (108), an operator interface unit (110), and a batch-recording and traceability module (112) operatively configured to supervise predetermined thermal processing cycles through coordinated exchange of operational information. The programmable supervisory controller (104) conditionally authorizes progression between successive processing stages only after verification of predetermined operating conditions received from the multi-parameter sensing assembly (106) and the hardware safety-interlock assembly (108). The operator interface unit (110) facilitates process configuration and operational supervision, while the batch-recording and traceability module (112) generates and maintains validated processing records associated with individual thermal processing cycles. The integrated supervisory architecture improves operational safety, process verification, synchronized control, and batch traceability for controlled thermal processing applications.
