A real-time tracking module utilizing GPS technology monitors user location, providing safe zone alerts and notifying caregivers if users exit predefined areas. The medical history management module securely stores and manages user medical data, employing encryption for protection and offering automated reminders for medications and appointments. A caregiver dashboard aggregates data from all modules, facilitating real-time monitoring and remote access to user information. Additionally, wearable health monitoring devices track physiological parameters such as heart rate and sleep patterns, transmitting data for analysis and monitoring.
