Abstract: Integrated Solar-Thermal Energy System with Structurally Enforced Zero-Bypass Thermodynamic Sequencing ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION An integrated solar-thermal energy system for thermodynamically sequenced production of multiple outputs with enforced hydrogen-first prioritisation. A solar receiver [100] feeds a high-temperature buffer T1 [200] operating at 450°C–850°C. A system control architecture [500] comprising thermal sensing elements [501] and fail-closed flow-regulating valves [502] enforces a zero-bypass cascade: [502] defaults closed and opens only upon continuous affirmative verification from [501] that T1 has satisfied its primary operational threshold. Residual thermal energy cascades to an intermediate buffer T2 [300] at 150°C–300°C for conditional Organic Rankine Cycle power generation, and further to a tertiary subsystem [400] for water desalination. This structurally enforced routing operates independent of demand-based load balancing logic, preventing parallel exergy degradation and maximising primary hydrogen yield stability
