Abstract: The present invention relates to an integrated agricultural monitoring system (10) for predicting and optimizing spinach crop yield through multi-parameter soil and environmental monitoring combined with image-based crop assessment. The system records soil nutrient parameters including Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium using a soil nutrient data acquisition module (20) along with soil pH, soil temperature and soil moisture using an environmental parameter monitoring module (30) through sensors such as soil pH measurement device (31), soil temperature sensor (32) and soil moisture sensor (33). Periodic images of spinach plants are captured using an image capture module (40) including image capture devices (41) to provide phenotypic information relating to plant vigor, canopy development and leaf characteristics. The collected data from soil sensors (21), (22), (23) and image acquisition devices (41) are stored using a data storage and recording module (50) and processed through a predictive data processing module (60) including a dataset integration engine (61) and statistical correlation analysis module (62) to estimate expected crop yield before harvest. The system enables identification of optimal nutrient and environmental ranges associated with improved crop productivity. The integrated monitoring framework further operates across a multi-field monitoring network (130) and stores datasets within a central data repository (110) enabling improved resource utilization and yield estimation in spinach cultivation.
