The application for the patent was published on October 09, 2026, under issue no. 41/2026.

Abstract: INTEGRATED PHOTOCATALYTIC WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM WITH HETEROJUNCTION CATALYST, OPTIMIZED MASS TRANSFER AND MAGNETIC CATALYST RECOVERY A system and method for degradation of organic pollutants and continuous catalyst recovery in an adaptive photocatalytic wastewater treatment system are disclosed. The system consists of wastewater input configuration (201), wastewater monitoring module (202) for wastewater data acquisition (101), treatment terminal (203), communication module (204) and AI control and processing platform (205) with data acquisition module (206), treatment decision module (207), optimization module (208) and adaptive control module (209). The AI platform calculates a pollutant load level (102) based on a Pollution Load Index (PLI) and then optimizes treatment conditions and generates control parameters. The decision output module (210) sends commands to a photocatalytic treatment system (211) that includes a microstructured reactor, a heterojunction photo catalyst of Ag-WO3/g-C3N4 based on a Z-scheme charge transfer mechanism, an intelligent light irradiation unit and a magnetic separation unit. The system carries out the photocatalytic activation (110), the oxidation of pollutants (115) by reactive oxygen species generation, the recovery of the magnetic catalyst (117) and the discharge of purified water (120) by a clean water discharge module (212). The treatment cycle is initiated at a process start condition (100) and terminated at a process end condition (121) permitting intelligent closed loop wastewater treatment with enhanced degradation efficiency and catalyst reusability.
