Abstract: ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION : The Government Hospital (GH) Portal is a web-based, role-based system designed to manage hospital administration, personnel, and user access in one platform. Tt integrates authentication, user management with approval workflows, and KPI dashboards for monitoring performance. New users register and remain in pending status until approved by an administrator to ensure secure onboarding. The Admin oversees the entire system through a dashboard displaying metrics like active users, pending approvals, and bed occupancy rate. Administrators can approve or reject users and manage all accounts efficiently. Once approved, users gain access to role-specific dashboards such as Admin, Doctor, Nurse, Patient, or Resource Manager. The system enforces secure login through credential validation and rolebased access control. Passwords are stored securely using hashing techniques. An analytics module provides graphical reports on user distribution and activity for better decision-making. The portal maintains session integrity and ensures data security. Its modular architecture supports scalability and improves operational transparency and efficiency in hospital management.
