Abstract: The present disclosure provides an integrated patient-care wheelchair system combining mobility, controlled mechanical elevation, patient positioning, toileting, cleansing, and waste collection. The system includes a main structural frame (112), drive wheels (101), caster wheels (103), wheel lock brakes (102), and a height- adjustable seat system (108). A manual hydraulic system (109), actuated by a manual hydraulic handle (111), moves a sliding outer pipe (110a) relative to fixed guide pipes (110b, 110c) of a telescoping support assembly (110). The seat system includes a removable seat (108a) over an ergonomic commode seat (108b) having a central commode cavity (108c), and a removable waste-collecting mug/container (108d). An integrated flushing spray gun (100) provides in-situ cleansing while the patient remains supported. The components cooperate to provide stabilized elevation, toileting, and personal hygiene within a common wheelchair structure.
