Abstract: The present invention relates to an integrated multi-sensor system for detection of adulteration in edible oils and prediction of associated health-related biomarkers. The system comprises a sample chamber, multiple sensing units including optical, electrochemical, gas, pH, viscosity and temperature sensors, a signal conditioning unit, a microcontroller-based processing module, a communication module and a display interface. The sensors analyse physical and chemical properties of edible oil samples and generate data corresponding to purity, contamination, spoilage and compositional changes. The acquired data is processed through calibration, filtering, normalization and comparative analysis using predefined reference values to identify adulteration. The system further incorporates a biomarker prediction module utilizing algorithmic or machine learning-based analysis to estimate potential health-related impacts associated with adulterated oils. The invention additionally provides wireless communication, real-time monitoring and alert generation, thereby offering a portable, cost-effective and user-friendly solution for rapid on-site edible oil quality assessment and food safety monitoring.
