Abstract: Integrated Multi-Level Educational Equity Framework for Enhancing Self-Regulated Learning Outcomes The present invention discloses an integrated educational equity framework and implementation methodology for improving self-regulated learning through coordinated multilevel ecological interventions. The framework integrates individual, microsystem, mesosystem, exosystem, macrosystem, and chronosystem factors with educational equity mechanisms operating at learner, institutional, and policy levels. The invention establishes structured relationships among parental, teacher, and peer co-regulation, institutional school support, government educational policies, socioeconomic resources, and learner self-regulation to model the influence of environmental conditions on study skills and academic functioning. A hierarchical implementation process evaluates ecological and socioeconomic influences, identifies educational equity gaps, maps environmental supports to learner capabilities, and generates context-specific intervention pathways to strengthen self-regulated learning. The framework further provides a standardized decision-support methodology for educational institutions and policymakers to evaluate intervention strategies, prioritize resource allocation, monitor implementation, and promote equitable educational opportunities across diverse learning environmentd
