Abstract: ABSTRACT INTEGRATED MOBILE APPLICATION SYSTEM FOR MALL MANAGEMENT, NAVIGATION, AND VIRTUAL SERVICE BOOKING The present invention provides an integrated mobile application system (100), the Co-Op Mall Management System, comprising a mobile application client module (110), central application server (120), mall database module (130), Visual Positioning Service engine (140), virtual tour module (150), indoor navigation engine (160), parking management module (170), multi-service booking module (180), proximity notification engine (190), and IoT infrastructure interface module (195). The system enables users to discover malls across cities, explore mall premises through immersive 360-degree virtual tours prior to physical visitation, advance-book parking bays using IoT-based real-time slot availability data, reserve dining, cinema, and salon services through a unified booking interface, receive VPS-assisted turn-by-turn indoor navigation upon arrival without hardware beacons, and receive proximity-triggered personalised promotional notifications as they traverse the mall premises.
