Abstract: ABSTRACT INTEGRATED MOBILE AND KIOSK SYSTEM FOR CUSTOMIZABLE AUTHENTIC RAMEN ORDERING, TRACKING, AND LOYALTY REWARDS The present invention discloses an integrated multi-modal food ordering and delivery management platform (100) comprising a mobile application module (110) and a kiosk terminal module (210) communicating with a backend server module (120). The system includes a Make Your Own Bowl module (130) enabling ingredient-level customization of authentic ramen bowls by selecting noodles, broth, tare, protein, vegetables, and toppings. A Tasty Bar module (131) dynamically computes ingredient compatibility ratings using aggregated customer preference data. The platform further comprises a pre-order calendar module (170) for advance meal scheduling, a loyalty rewards module (180) supporting gamified point accumulation and meal redemption, and a payment gateway module (190) supporting multiple digital payment methods. A GPS tracking module (200) provides real-time delivery visualization through WebSocket communication, while a notification engine (220) manages order updates, reward alerts, and reminders.
