Abstract: The present invention discloses an Integrated Entrepreneurship Training Effectiveness and Performance Enhancement Model (I-ETPE Model) designed to systematically evaluate and improve entrepreneurial outcomes. Conventional evaluation systems often fail to capture the underlying psychological mechanisms translating training into actual business success. To address this, the proposed framework establishes a predictive, sequential pathway linking five core components: Entrepreneurial Training Effectiveness (ETE), Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy (ESE), Entrepreneurial Intention (El), Follow-up and Intervention Support (FI), and Entrepreneurial Performance (EP). The model demonstrates how training effectiveness actively enhances self-efficacy, which in turn strengthens entrepreneurial intention, ultimately driving measurable enterprise performance. Furthermore, it incorporates structured post training follow-up as a dynamic contextual mechanism influencing the overall development process. Implemented via manual assessments, web-based platforms, mobile applications, or artificial intelligence-based monitoring systems, this framework provides an evidence-based decision-support tool for policymakers, incubation centres, and training institutes to optimise entrepreneurship programmes, improve accountability, and guarantee long-term success.
