The application for the patent was published on August 14, 2026, under issue no. 33/2026.
Abstract: The present invention relates to an Integrated Dynamic Geospatial Analytics System (IDGAS) for sustainable urban planning. The system integrates real-time loT sensor networks, satellite and remote sensing data, and municipal administrative datasets into a unified geographic information system framework. A geospatial data fusion engine harmonizes heterogeneous datasets by spatial alignment, raster-vector conversion, and coordinate standardization. A predictive modeling unit applies artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to simulate urban growth, resource demand, traffic congestion, environmental impact, and infrastructure requirements. The system integrates loT sensor networks (1), satellite and remote sensing modules (2), and municipal data integration units (3) within a unified GIS framework. A geospatial data fusion engine (4) standardizes heterogeneous datasets, while a predictive modeling unit (5) simulates urban growth and resource demands. A sustainability assessment module (6) automates compliance checks against UN Sustainable Development Goals. Citizen participation is enabled through a mobile/web interface (7) with blockchain validation (8) ensuring transparency and authenticity. A dynamic planning adjustment module (9) iteratively refines plans, supported by a scalable cloud-based framework (10) for global deployment. A dynamic planning adjustment module continuously refines urban planning scenarios based on validated data and feedback. The system is implemented through a scalable cloud-based deployment framework, thereby enabling adaptive, transparent, data- driven, and sustainable urban development. Figure -1
