Abstract: The present invention provides an integrated digital empowerment and social media analytics platform for enhancing rural women’s socio-economic development. The system comprises user computing devices, a rural access terminal, a cloud server, a secure database, a user authentication module, a digital literacy module, a social media analytics module, a recommendation module, a market-linkage module, an offline synchronization module, and a development dashboard. The platform delivers localized digital literacy, entrepreneurship, financial awareness, social media usage, and market-linkage content through a multilingual and low-bandwidth interface. The social media analytics module processes user-authorized engagement data including reach, views, comments, shares, follower growth, product visibility, and audience response. Based on such processed data, the recommendation module generates personalized guidance for training, content improvement, product promotion, and socio-economic participation. The platform further provides secure data storage, consent-based processing, role-based access, offline operation, and visual development reports for users, trainers, self-help groups, and development organizations.
