Abstract: ABSTRACT INTEGRATED DATA-DRIVEN CUSTOMER SEGMENTATION SYSTEM USING RFM-ENHANCED K-MEANS CLUSTERING WITH VISUALIZATION AND RECOMMENDATION ENGINE The present invention discloses an integrated data-driven customer segmentation system (100) comprising a data collection module (110), a data preprocessing module (120), an RFM feature engineering module (130), a customer segmentation module (140) employing K- Means clustering, a validation module (150) employing hierarchical clustering, a data visualization module (160), and a recommendation system module (170). The system transforms raw customer transactional data into structured RFM behavioural features and partitions customers into distinct segments using K-Means clustering, validated by hierarchical clustering dendrogram analysis. An interactive visualization dashboard renders three-dimensional cluster plots, charts, and heat maps for stakeholder interpretation. A rule-based recommendation engine maps validated segments to personalized business strategies including premium offers, re-engagement campaigns, and targeted discounts, thereby bridging the gap between analytical insight and practical business implementation within a unified processing pipeline.
