Abstract: ABSTRACT INTEGRATED CARDIOPULMONARY RESUSCITATION SYSTEM An integrated cardiopulmonary resuscitation system (100) comprises a sternal compression module (110) configured to deliver mechanical chest compressions to a sternum of a patient at a compression depth and compression rate. A compliance feedback unit (112) is operatively coupled to the sternal compression module (110) to adjust compression depth based on chest compliance. A pair of lateral wing modules (120) disposed on opposing sides of the sternal compression module (110) applies negative pressure to a thoracic region during a recoil phase to generate negative intrathoracic pressure. An oxygen delivery module (130) delivers oxygen synchronized with a decompression phase of the mechanical chest compressions. A controller (140) is operatively coupled to the sternal compression module (110), compliance feedback unit (112), pair of lateral wing modules (120), and oxygen delivery module (130) to coordinate operation thereof.
