Abstract: An integrated attendance management system for educational institutions provides automated multi-event tracking and real-time compliance monitoring. The system comprises a central cloud server (1) managing a hierarchical approval processing engine (4) that mandates sequential authorization from management tiers before allowing attendance marking for created events. Presence tracking is securely validated using a near-field communication terminal sensor (7), a quick response matrix decoding sensor (8), and a geofencing global positioning coordinate sensor (9) to mitigate proxy records. An analytics reporting compilation processor (11) calculates participation percentages, which are immediately populated across a student monitoring dashboard interface (12), parent information dashboard interface (13), faculty administration dashboard interface (14), and management executive control dashboard interface (15). A notification communication engine (10) delivers instant warning notifications to students and parents regarding structural attendance shortages or pending authorization items. Figure -1
