Abstract: The Integrated AI-Based Food Production, Quality and Business Management System is a unif-red intelligent framework designed to optimize the complete food production and management lifecycle. The proposed system integrates artificial intelligence, machine learning, IoT sensors, computer vision, predictive analytics, and real-time data processing to monitor and control food production, raw material quality, processing conditions, inventory, and supply-chain activities. Al-driven models enable crop and yield prediction, production planning, quality grading, contamination detection, shelf-life prediction, demand forecasting, and resource optimization. The system continuously analyzes data collected from sensors, devices, historical records, market information, and operational inputs to generate intelligent recommendations and early warnings. The proposed framework further integrates business management functions including cost and finance management, pricing, sales, inventory, customer relationship management, and performance analytics. A centralized dashboard and mobile interface provide stakeholders with real-time insights, alerts, reports, and decision-support capabilities. By connecting production, quality, supply chain, and business operations within a single Al-enabled platform, the system reduces food loss and operational costs while improving quality, traceability, productivity, and profitability. The integrated approach supports data-driven decision-making and promotes a sustainable, efficient, and intelligent food management ecosystern.
