Abstract: ABSTRACT INTEGRATED AI-BASED COMPUTER VISION SYSTEM FOR REAL-TIME WORKER SAFETY AND PRODUCTIVITY MONITORING An integrated AI-based computer vision system (100) for real-time worker safety and productivity monitoring in industrial environments is disclosed. The system (100) employs a two-stage object detection module (130) wherein workers are first detected using a pretrained model and PPE items are subsequently detected within localized worker regions using a custom-trained model with context-aware keypoint-based verification. A multi-object tracking module (140) and worker identification module (150) provide persistent worker identities through facial embedding matching. A pose estimation and activity analysis module (160) detects fall events through dual-keypoint verification and estimates productivity through workstation-specific activity monitoring. A vision-based geofencing module (170) monitors restricted zones using ankle keypoint-based foot position tracking. A rule-based decision engine (180) generates automated voice alerts and computes gamified safety and productivity scores displayed through a web-based analytics dashboard (190). [
