Abstract: The current vehicle insurance claim assessment process suffers from inefficiencies caused by manual inspections, resulting in delays, inaccuracies, and high operational costs. Existing AI-based solutions face challenges related to real-time scalability, dataset limitations, complex damage scenarios, and high false positive rates. Insurify proposes a hybrid AI-powered framework that integrates Multi-Agentic Systems with classical machine learning and deep learning models for real-time and accurate vehicle damage assessment. The proposed framework combines Vision-Language Models, graph-based damage representation, persistent memory, real-time web crawling, and knowledge graphs to improve damage classification and repair cost estimation. The system uses modular AI pipelines in which multiple agents collaborate to analyze vehicle damage, identify affected parts, retrieve vehicle specifications, estimate repair costs, and generate structured insurance reports. Experimental evaluation demonstrates improvements in damage assessment accuracy, cost estimation reliability, and processing efficiency. The framework provides a scalable and adaptive approach for automating vehicle insurance claim assessment.
