Abstract: An insulation rod twisting device, comprising a platform 101 positioned over a fixed surface via multiple suction units 102 arranged beneath platform 101, a touch interactive display panel 103 mapped over platform 101 receives user input regarding twisting of an iron rod, an imaging unit 104 installed over platform 101 determines presence of rods in a chamber 113 arranged over platform 101, a robotic gripper 105 installed over platform 101 withdraw one from and position in contact with a motorized shaft 106 attached over platform 101, a motorized clamp 107 configured with shaft 106 accessed by gripper 105 to engage one end of rod with clamp 107 for affixing rod with clamp 107, a heating element 108 integrated in shaft 106 soften gripped rod, further the gripper 105 twist softened rod and simultaneously shaft 106 rotate to aid in twisting of rod.
