Abstract: An insulation foam installation device, comprising a platform 101 positioned on a ground surface in proximity to a fixed surface and installed with a pair of circular discs 102 via a pair of L-shaped telescopically operated rods 103, plurality of spools 104 each wrapped with an insulation foam of different thickness is configured between the discs 102, a pair of telescopically operated grippers 105 arranged on the discs 102 for gripping and positioning the free-end of spool 104 in contact with the fixed surface, a first robotic arm 106 installed with one of the discs 102 and equipped with a nail gun for affixing the foam with the fixed surface through plurality of nails, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 107 mounted on the platform 101 for detecting end portion of the fixed surface and plurality of motorized omnidirectional wheels 108 configured underneath the platform 101 for maneuvering the platform 101.
