Abstract: ABSTRACT [0016] Neuropathic pain is increasingly prevalent, leading to greater use of drugs such as Tramadol, Gabapentin, and Pregabalin, which remain among the primary treatments despite multiple receptors being involved in its pathology. Flavonoids have gained attention as promising therapeutic agents for neuropathic pain due to their multi-mechanistic actions, including modulation of neuroinflammation, antioxidant activity, ion channel regulation, inhibition of central sensitization, and neuroprotective effects, along with relatively low toxicity and natural origin. In the present study, molecules reported in literature were screened in-silico for neuropathic pain targets using AUTODOC, and their stability and safety were evaluated using Swiss ADME. Among the screened compounds, Tangeretin and Geranyl Chalcone showed the highest binding energies and Ki values, indicating strong interactions with the target and favorable pharmacokinetic properties, suggesting them as potential lead molecules for neuropathic pain treatment; however, further in-vivo studies and formulation development are required to confirm their therapeutic potential.
