Abstract: A modular wall construction system using interlocking tiles and bridging moulds. Wall tiles with decorative surfaces and side grooves are connected by plastic moulds featuring locking ends that engage the grooves, forming a continuous tile-mould-tile assembly with an internal cavity. This cavity houses electrical and plumbing conduits. A reinforcement rod passes through a central channel in the mould, and the cavity is subsequently filled with a reinforcing material. The system includes base locks, corner moulds, and top moulds for building complete straight and corner walls without traditional wet trades. The prefabricated tiles, which can be wood, ceramic, glass, stone, or composite, eliminate the need for on-site plastering, waterproofing, and painting. The resulting wall structure is durable, fire-resistant, eco- friendly, and maintenance-free, suitable for both residential and commercial applications.
