Abstract: Provided is an injection pen, comprising a button mechanism and a dose adjustment mechanism. The button mechanism comprises a button assembly. The button assembly comprises a button body and a button cover, and the button body and the button cover are detachably connected. The dose adjustment mechanism comprises a power rod. The button body comprises a snap engaging part extending downwards, and the snap engaging part is provided with a first limiting surface facing upwards. The power rod comprises a snap hook part extending upwards, and the snap hook part is provided with a second limiting surface facing downwards. The button cover comprises a post part extending downwards, and the post part can be inserted into the inner side of the snap hook part so as to push the snap hook part outwards in the radial direction, such that the first limiting surface and the second limiting surface are kept in an abutting state. By optimizing the mating structures of the button mechanism and the dose adjustment mechanism, the connection reliability of the button mechanism and the dose adjustment mechanism can be ensured.
