Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an information transmission method, a terminal, and a network device. Thus, a terminal can determine, on the basis of a power boost factor, a transmission power for transmitting first information based on an OTFS system, and then transmit the first information by means of the corresponding transmission power, thereby increasing the transmission power for transmitting the first information based on the OTFS system and improving the performance of the communication system.
