Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an information transmission method, and a device and and a storage medium. The method comprises: receiving first information sent by a network device, wherein the first information is used for a terminal device to determine a first artificial intelligence (AI) capability that needs to be reported; on the basis of the first information, determining the first AI capability from second AI capabilities supported by the terminal device; and sending second information to the network device, wherein the second information is used for indicating the first AI capability of the terminal device. Thus, a terminal device can determine, on the basis of first information sent by a network device, a first AI capability needing to be reported, and reports the first AI capability to the network device, that is to say, the terminal device does not need to report all AI capabilities supported by the terminal device, thereby reducing unnecessary AI capability reporting and thus reducing additional signaling overheads.
