The pieces of equipment 61, 62, and 63 include machines 71, 72, and 73 as operation targets, sensors 81, 82A, 82B, and 83 provided in the machines 71, 72, and 73, and control devices 91, 92, and 93 that operate the machines 71, 72, and 73. The information processing device 20 includes a transmission unit 21 that transmits, to the communication server 100, notification data for providing notification of information related to the machines 71, 72, and 73 on the basis of sensor information by the sensors 81, 82A, 82B, and 83, a reception unit 22 that acquires, from the communication server 100, response data in response to the notification data, and a control unit 23 that outputs, to the control devices 91, 92, and 93, a control instruction including operation content of the machines 71, 72, and 73 in accordance with the response data.
