Abstract: INFERENCE ENGINE USING DIRECTED PROPERTY GRAPHS A system for an inference engine using directed property graphs is provided. An inference graph (114) is generated based on a stimulus. To generate the inference graph (114), a data instance node, various property instance nodes associated with the data instance node, and property value nodes associated with the property instance nodes are generated. Based on a template graph (110), property template nodes corresponding to the property instance nodes are identified. Further, based on a rule graph (112), for each property template node, atomic rule nodes associated therewith are identified. The atomic rule nodes are thus associated with each property instance node. Further, an operation associated with the stimulus is executed based on the property instance nodes, the property value nodes, and the atomic rule nodes associated with each property instance node.
