Abstract: The invention relates to a method for heating a fluid to be heated, and to a drying facility using a drying fluid, the method comprising the following steps: - heating the working fluid of a boiler (7), which comprises a tank containing this working fluid in a liquid/vapour phase equilibrium at a pressure lower than atmospheric pressure, and producing vapour in a vapour circuit (10) by means of a boiling heat exchanger (62) mounted on a heat recovery circuit and arranged in the tank; - increasing the pressure, and therefore the temperature, of the vapour circulating in the vapour circuit (10), and maintaining a vacuum in the tank of the boiler (7) by means of at least one compressor (11.1, 11.2) arranged on the vapour circuit (10); - condensing the vapour from the at least one compressor (11.1, 11.2), and heating the fluid to be heated by means of at least one heat injection exchanger (12, 14.1, 14.2).
