The application for the patent was published on September 04, 2026, under issue no. 36/2026.
Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention provides an integrated reactor system (100) comprising a reactor vessel (102) surrounded by a reactor jacket (114), and externally mounted piezoelectric ultrasonic transducers (108) configured to indirectly transmit ultrasonic energy through a thermally and acoustically conductive coupling medium. A heating plate (120) and an anchor impeller (126) driven by a VFD motor (124) provide controlled heating and agitation. A torque-sensing arrangement monitors viscosity for endpoint determination. A nitrogen feed line (136), mass flow controller (132), and pressure regulator (134) maintain an inert atmosphere. A short-path distillation chamber (140), fluidly connected through a vacuum-rated heat-traced transfer duct (138), separates volatile components, and recovered polyol is received in a receiver tank (148). A programmable logic controller controls ultrasonic operation, heating, agitation, pressure, nitrogen supply, vacuum, and distillation parameters. The figure associated with abstract is Fig. 1.
