MUMBAI, India, June 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441098806 A) filed by Eicher Motors Limited on December 13, 2024, for Incognito Mode In Android Automotive Operating System Powered Electric Two-Wheeler Vehicle.

Abstract: ABSTRACT INCOGNITO MODE IN ANDROID AUTOMOTIVE OPERATING SYSTEM POWERED ELECTRIC TWO-WHEELER VEHICLE The present disclosure discloses a system (100) and an associated method (300) for data management in an Android Automotive Operating System (AAOS) powered two-wheeler vehicle, preferably an electric powered two-wheeler vehicle. The system (100) comprises of an electronic control unit (ECU) (104) configured to transmit generated vehicle data to a vehicle control unit (VCU) (106) which further aggregate the generated vehicle data into a structured packet and check present status of an incognito mode. The system (100) is configured to toggle between enable and disable status of an incognito mode, where the VCU (106), shares generated vehicle data with a cloud platform (112), when the incognito mode is disabled and shares generated vehicle data with a local database (110) when the incognito mode is enabled.
